TKHApp is a private dashboard that Tim Hughes runs for his own household. It is not offered to the public. Only people Tim has added can sign in.
What Google data TKHApp uses
If you connect a Google account, TKHApp uses only what it needs to show you your own information:
- Google Calendar: reads your events to show your schedule. It creates or changes an event only when you ask it to in the app.
- Gmail (read-only): reads recent messages so they appear in your dashboard. It never sends, deletes, or changes email.
- Google Analytics (read-only): reads visitor statistics for tkh.dev websites.
- Your name and email address: to recognize you when you sign in.
Where it is stored
Your data and sign-in tokens are stored on TKHApp's own server in Tim's home, with encrypted backups kept on a storage device at home. It is not stored in anyone else's database.
AI features
To write the daily briefing, the titles of the day's calendar events may be sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service. Email content is not sent to AI services.
Sharing
TKHApp never sells your data, never shares it with anyone else, and never uses it for advertising. Google data is used only to provide the features above.
TKHApp's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access and deleting data
You can disconnect your Google account in TKHApp's settings at any time, or remove TKHApp's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your stored data deleted, email the address below.
